Dr Dick here and today we’re talking anal sex. If it’s your first time, here are my top tips whether you are a man or a woman:
- Don’t eat for several hours beforehand.
- Clean your ass inside and out. That may include douching but it isn’t always necessary. You’ll get to know when and when it isn’t needed.
- Ass cleaning is best done in the shower. You should be able to tell if it’s clean or not. If you are douching, spend some time learning how to do it properly. The video on this page will help.
- If the dildo or your finger comes out dirty, you’ll need to douche or try again another day.
- Once you are ready for sex, put a towel under your ass in case your cleaning was not as good as you thought.
- Use lots of lube and a condom.
- You may like to use your finger or a dildo first.
- Get comfortable and take it real slow.
- Push your cock (or dildo) in slowly, very slowly – if you go in too fast, your partner will likely pass out.
- Start slow and build up in tune with how your partner is feeling/moaning.
- It’s normal to feel a little discomfort at first but that will pass and you’ll likely be begging for a repeat.
